Retained Search is our premier product, entitling you to our time proven five step search process. With this product you are the only client we work with at any given time on this particular search.

Contained Search is a combination of Retained and Contingency search. This product is tailored to your specific needs. With this product you have the same type of search as retained without the high up front, middle and end fees for success.

Jilson Advisors, Inc. was formed with a mission of serving a limited number of select and compatible clients. This affords us the opportunity to conduct the broadest possible candidate searches, as we are virtually unhampered by “hands off” agreements. We understand that serving many clients involving numerous “hands off” agreements is the biggest obstacle to being able to present the most talented and qualified candidates. By limiting our client base, we are able to personally attend to each client and each search.
